Waterview at Tall Timbers at The Homestead, Michigan's Freshwater Resort

Waterview at Tall Timbers is a two bedroom one bath condo at The Homestead, Michigan's Fresh Water Resort. This unit has a fully stocked kitchen with all of the necessities of home, including free Wi-Fi. Enjoy your morning coffee sitting on the balcony and taking in the spectacular views of the river and Lake Michigan. While guests do not have access to the pool and other amenities, you can grab your beach towels and head to the beach. As you can see from the pictures, this unit is in close proximity to the bridge that leads to the wonderful Lake Michigan beach. All linens and towels are provided, but you may want to bring beach towels as they are not offered. The Homestead is less than 5 minutes to the Village of Glen Arbor where you can enjoy our shops and eateries. Rent a bike for the day and go exploring, rent a kayak and enjoy the Crystal River, or venture on over to The Sleeping Bear Dunes, a national treasure! If golf is your pleasure there are many courses within a twenty minute drive of the resort.

Please note that this home is rented for your quiet enjoyment. Due to liability reasons, township rules and insurance policies, day guests are not permitted without expressed permissions from Management. Guest capacity for the home is NOT to be exceeded at any time. Guests not adhering to this rule could face a fine or eviction as outlined in our terms and conditions that are agreed upon by renting our home. Capacity is strictly enforced and randomly checked.

We will provide a starter package of paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bags, hand soap, dish soap and/or dishwasher tabs if a dishwasher is available at the property. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase more of these items. Other items not included in this list are not guaranteed. Please reach out to management to inquire if a particular amenity is important to your stay, or plan accordingly.
