Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
USED TOWELS: Place used towels in shower or laundry room. NO NEED TO STRIP BEDS OR DO LAUNDRY- our team will handle that. TRASH: Tie and secure trash bags. Place them in outdoor bins carefully.
KITCHEN: Wipe counters, remove leftover food. NO NEED TO WASH —just load dishes into dishwasher and run it. FURNITURE: Return all moved items to original spots.
A/C and Lights: Set thermostats to 75°F (cool) or 68°F (heat). Turn off all lights and TVs. DOORS & WINDOWS: Ensure all doors and windows are closed and locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property as per -------- aircover and insurance regulations.
Please keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours out of respect for neighbors and other resort guests.
To help maintain cleanliness and protect furniture and bedding, please keep food and drinks in common areas only

It was Great , The owner responds right away of any concerns and was very helpful and understanding. I would book this home again for a family stay.
