Only left me 2 towels for the whole week. It was very hot and no way to turn the heat down. The heaters made loud noises all night and was hard to sleep.

Regarding the towels, we’re happy to provide additional towels upon request, and we would have gladly arranged that if we had been notified during your stay. As for the temperature and heater noise, the heating system in the building is centrally controlled, which can sometimes make it difficult to adjust individual unit temperatures. We understand how the noise and warmth could affect sleep, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Super clean convenient 1 bedroom

Lovely, well thought out one bedroom with excellent access to trains and restaurants. AC units worked well; windows need screens for cooler nights. Hallway is poorly lit with filthy carpet and a very bad smell.

We sincerely apologize for the stove and oven not functioning during your stay, especially over Thanksgiving. This is certainly not the experience we want for our guests. The issue has since been addressed with our maintenance team to ensure the kitchen is fully functional for future guests. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and regret that it impacted your holiday plans."

Poorly maintained bathroom, including plumbing layout and bugs. Had a leaking shower into apartment below so unable to use shower facilities. Maintence came to try and fix the issue and assured us he would lock the door behind him after he left only to come back to the apartment and finding the door unlocked. Only attempt at reconsiliation was to move us to a place 23 minutes away or to give us much less than half of the amount we paid for a 2 night stay. We were then forced to vacate leaving us without a place to stay near our activities,which is why this one was chosen for our reservation. Very poorly handled by the owners!
