A brand new fully furnished 2 bedrooms condominium

A prime area which is located in the middle of the heart of Petaling Jaya. Located next to Federal Highway and easy access to main road and highways such as NPE, LDP and Kesas.

It's a brand new fully furnished high end condominium. Modern setting beautiful condo is personally designed by me for a cozy "home away from home" experience for my special guest. Big shopping mall such as Sunway Pyramid Mall,Paradigm Mall,Empire Mall is 5-10 mins away by car. It is only 10 min drive to Sunway Medical Centre and to Sunway Lagoon Park.

This new condominium has 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom and with a fully equipped kitchen together with a machine washing with a dryer. Each bedroom has a queen size bed . So we can comfortably accommodate 4 people. If more than 4 people, we can set up extra beddings (foldable mattress, pillow & blanket) at a fee. The condominium also has 1 bathroom equipped with hot shower. The unit are fully equipped with air-conditioner and all bedrooms are fully equipped with air-conditioner, fan and build-in wardrobe.

This unit is not near any public transportation. You will need to drive or ride a cab/UBER/Grab to get to the unit.We will provide you with 1 parking lot if you have your own transport (subject to availability). We can also arrange a driver for you to bring you around the town at a special rate (subject to availability).
