Very good

Communication, cleanliness, and location were good. Apartment was okay except for the horribly squeaky "wood" floors. I felt bad for the people living below me. Also be warned that they force you to upload a picture of your passport or driver's license, which is completely unnecessary since I've already proven my identity to VRBO. I would not stay here again for those two reasons, but it might be okay for other people. If they fixed the floors and stopped demanding so much personally identifiable information, with no way of knowing if/how it's protected, I would give it more stars.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear that communication, cleanliness, and location met your expectations. We understand your concerns regarding the squeaky floors—this is a characteristic of the older building, but we’re continuing to explore options to reduce noise and improve comfort for both guests and neighbors.
Regarding the ID request, we want to clarify that this is part of our standard security and building-access verification process and is handled through a secure system in compliance with platform and privacy requirements. We understand that this may feel redundant after verification through VRBO, and we appreciate you sharing your perspective as we continue reviewing our procedures to balance guest comfort and security.
Thank you again for your honest feedback. It’s helpful as we work to improve the experience for future guests.

Liked: Cleanliness, location
Disliked: Check-in, communication
Check in was at 3pm, access code received at 4pm; keys provided were not for the front door of the building (had to ask one of the residents to open the front door for us), the key that was provided was for the entry from the garage, but no garage door opener provided. The toilet was not in a working order. Poor communication about the parking. Left the apartment within 10 minutes of our stay and found other accommodation. One other thing that was not appropriate- request to provide profession. Not sure why it’s necessary for a two night stay since the bill was paid and all the other necessary questions answered.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustration you experienced during check-in. The delay in providing the access code, confusion with keys, and lack of a garage opener clearly caused inconvenience, and we regret that it impacted the start of your stay.
We also apologize for the issues you encountered with the toilet and parking communication. These concerns have been reviewed with our team and maintenance to ensure they are addressed for future guests.
Regarding the request for profession, this is part of our standard verification process to help ensure safety and security in a shared residential building, though we understand it may have felt unnecessary for a short stay.
We regret that your experience led you to leave early, and we appreciate you sharing your feedback so we can improve check-in clarity, communication, and overall guest experience.
