The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Set the A/C to 85*.
Turn off the breaker for the water heater and the the water well in the breaker box in the laundry room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pets cannot get across the fence, neighbor has livestock.
Absolutely NO fires in the fireplace indoors, use fire pit outdoors and adhere to local burn bans.
