Why they chose this property

Location was the number one priority for me during my search from Mexico Beach, FL to Gulf Shores, AL. Beachside Villas is such a great location because it is almost beachfront with no roads to cross. 30A but back enough to be family safe and close enough to benefit from all the area has to offer. Eastern Lake beach access is unique and my favorite find within 100 miles! Even red flag days are safe and enjoyable for families where the lake meets the ocean! You will love it as well whether you have young children or you are gray haired like me! Also great amenities and fishing. Also a boat ramp to the lake as you enter Beachside Drive. The Old Fish House, 30A coffee, Buddy’s Seafood, The Big Chill, Bruno’s Pizza all 2 min away. The miles of off road trails in the forest and the paved pathways that connect all of 30A help make this location a Very special place!
