This is a lovely two bedroomed gite in beautiful grounds in the tranquil village of Cravans in the Charente Maritime.

It is well equipped and shares a swimming pool with the house which is listed separately. The pool is 5 metres by 11 metres and is maintained daily by the owners

You can relax in the gardens or eat on a patio or take shelter from the sun in a sit outery dedicated to the gite.

The property is surrounded by quiet country lanes which are perfect for strolling on or walking your dog.

There is a local boulangerie that you can stroll to or a lovely bar and restaurant.

The beautiful beaches are only 20 minutes away and if you want busy towns they are also nearby in Saintes, Royan and Cognac.

La Rochelle and Bordeaux are only an hour away and are well worth a visit.

We had a lovely two weeks in this property although spent most of the time in the seating area outside, the pool was great. The hosts were very friendly, and responsive to any requests. Would certainly recommend.

Propriétaires charmants, très grande propriété sans vis à vis avec les autres occupants. Très grande piscine très bien entretenue à l’abri des regards. Il y tellement de choses à visiter autour que l’on envisage d’y retourner. Séjour agréable Linda et Stephen étaient tellement charmant que se serait charmant de partager des moments conviviaux comme ceux passés.
