The Space:

In the kitchen you’ll find everything needed for preparing meals, fully equipped with quality appliances and a gorgeous breakfast bar/center island. Guest Access:
This is a self-check-in unit using a code to the main door and one to access the keys in the lockbox. The code and full instructions will be provided before your arrival.

You’ll have exclusive access to the condo and a private patio with a hot tub and shared access to the complex amenities like the rooftop pool. There is also one assigned underground parking space available if you arrive by car.

Check in is 4 pm, the access before this hour is not permitted.
Check out is 12 pm, extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee.

The Neighborhood:
In the enviable and vibrant neighborhood of Versalles, which has become the newest culinary hotspot in Puerto Vallarta. There’s an incredible restaurant scene, plus cafes, bakeries, organic markets, boutique shops, shops, nightlife, and above all, a friendly atmosphere. You’ll be within walking distance of the beach and just a 10-minute drive from major supermarkets like Costco and La Comer Fluvial.

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR), about 8 km | 5 miles away. If you are arriving by car, there’s one assigned underground parking spot on site. If you’re not driving, Puerto Vallarta also has Uber, so you can easily get around.

Other Things to Note:
The guests from Sand Pacific will get a margarita drink per person as a courtesy at the beach club Mangos. There will be no entrance of the beach club, and the minimum consumption required is just a meal. Guests will have to book in advance directly to Mangos Beach club.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Check-in is at 4 pm/16:00. Access before this hour is not permitted. Check-out is at 12 pm. Extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. There is a $50 USD penalty fee per night for any unauthorized guests.
- Lost keys are a $20 USD replacement fee. If you are locked out, please do not force doors open or jump through balconies or windows. Instead, please contact the host to open the doors for you. The penalty for any forced entry is $10 USD.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $50 USD penalty.
- No parties, events, or illegal activities and excessive noise is not permitted after 10 pm. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am to respect the neighbors. Failure to comply will incur a $70 USD penalty.
- There is no daily cleaning. If you want the place cleaned during your stay, it can be arranged at an additional charge. Also, the free bath amenities, once used, are not replenishable.
- Guests are responsible for damage, lost items, or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay, for excessive stains on towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains. This will be charged at the time of checkout.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
