It comes with Samsung stainless steel appliances and a dimmer switch to create the perfect ambiance. The large island is ideal for entertaining, while recessed can lighting beautifully illuminates the space.
In the living room, you'll find a mid-century couch paired with two rocking chairs, a massive TV resting on an oak stand, and an assortment of interesting books and games, making it an inviting space ideal for entertainment.
The den is bright and airy, featuring an L-shaped desk and a comfy office chair for remote work needs. The home is equipped with smart control devices for convenience, including a Nest thermostat to maintain a comfortable temperature, an Alexa device to turn on the nightstand's light by voice command, and to ask questions. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Swap entry door battery: Lift the black lid, insert the fully charged new battery into the back compartment of the door. Then plug the used one with its USB-C charger – it’s super easy!
Only use the gray wash cloth in the shower. Also, place outdoor trash bins on the right side of the house on the street, then return them if possible. City pickup is Thursday at noon.
Please wash the dishes used and put them back where you found them. If you want to use the dishwasher, make sure it's a full load, run it on a 60 min cycle & put them back in their respective cabinet
