This was a cute place with plenty of beds for our party of 8. Jason was excellent with communication and responded quickly to any message I sent. The place was very clean and put together. Would definitely stay again in the future.

We had an amazing stay while we were here for dance nationals. The location was close to everything but out of the hustle and bustle of the shopping areas. The condo was very quiet and clean. We enjoyed the pool every day and any time we had a question the host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Solid rental. A few small issues with washer/dryer combo but laundry available on site, not enough towels in kitchen, no dishwater pods, not enough parking permits (not an issue for our holiday weekend), Pool was nice, playground dated.Overall, good stay.

The apartment was a perfect space for a school trip. There was enough room where we weren’t on top of each other. The complex was quiet, which I was worried about being so close to KSU. My only complaint was that there were no extra towels. There were 5 people and only 6 towels. Extra might be nice to have especially with the pool. Other than that we had a great stay. I would book again if the opportunity arose.

Nice, clean, and new place

This place is in a great location right next to football stadium and campus. It’s very clean and everything seems brand new. When we come back to visit K-State we will book again.

*As soon as I walked in I got a hint of cigarette smoke...yuck!!! *The locked closet door that is used for their cleaning supplies was standing wide open *I was informed several times there were 4 parking passes and a black key fob (for the pool) hanging on the key rack, there were only 2 parking passes and NO key fob then, on our last day there I was told to return everything to the key rack before I checked out... The pool wasn't open...*They also received a very large Amazon order that was sitting in front of the door when we came in one evening that we had to bring in and walk around *There was also a tear on the rug in front of the couch I let the owner know about.*I did let the person texting me from VRBO all of these issues.

This was the absolute best! The condo was very clean and welcoming! We had an incident with the washer and the host sent someone right away to clean it up and they were so friendly! The made sure we had everything we needed! So accommodating and would definitely stay here again!!
