This Sanctuary has 6 bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms, as well as an outdoor shower and a separate laundry room. The cottage style kitchen has open shelves, bead board and stainless steel appliances. Newly renovated living room, the wood beamed ceilings, beach style decor and hardwood floors throughout give it a clean and open feeling. The backyard is very private and the large stone patio is an ideal set up if you enjoy a cozy ambiance. Guests love to relax on the sectional sofa that surrounds a gas fire pit table. There is also a storage house on the property for beach chairs and bikes.This classic beach house has proven to be a perfect summer rental for anyone looking for a quintessential Chatham experience!

Great Week in South Chatham!

We have stayed at the Cape every summer for the last 15 years. This is one of the best houses we have rented during that time. Lots of bedrooms, kid friendly, easily accessible to Pleasant Street Beach, and outstanding hosts. Jeff and Jess were quick to answer questions, checked-in via text to make sure all was going well, and went out of their way to make sure we were enjoying their property. Highly recommend this place! Amazing week!

We had a great week in Chatham. The house had everything we needed and the location is amazing. I highly recommend renting this house. The inside space was comfortable and accommodating. We loved spending time in the backyard and of course down at the beach. We loved the accessibility to downtown Chatham and took advantage of the shops, baseball games, and food! We had a perfect week on the cape!

Perfect!

We rented this as a place for our family to gather and stay for my son’s wedding! It was absolutely perfect! Super close to the Wychmere Beach Club wedding venue! Slept all 11 of us comfortably and the outside area was super private! Highly recommend!

The Perfect Stay

My group and I could not have asked for a better stay! Everything was ready for for us when we arrived. Communication with the hosts was perfect as they would always instantly answer a question if we had one. A 10/10 stay for sure and would highly recommend!

5 mins from the beach :)

My friends and I had an amazing stay at this house! The beach is a quick 5 minute walk from the house, and the house is cozy and adorable. Close to many great restaurants and the grocery store is right there as well. Definitely will be coming back. Make sure you bring your own linens and towels!

Awesome Oasis

Quick walk to really clean beach, house had all the amenities plus a few out of service they are working on like AC, hot tub, and no cord for music speaker. Really awesome little spot. Much bigger in person than in photos and very comfortably accomadated 8 people.

Great experience!

We recently rented this property for a family vacation and loved it! The home was a 5 minute walk to a cute and quiet beach and the yard was amazing! The house was decorated nicely and central AC saved us in the heat! We would definitely book here again!

Really nice stay.

Really nice stay. Easy walk to the beach and located between two great towns. Jess and Jeff were very responsive and helpful. House looks small from the photo but is a nice size. Would book again.
