Haven is nestled in nature, so keep an eye out for deer, sandhill cranes, and other wildlife—especially near the road and driveway. Please drive slowly and stay alert to enjoy the peaceful surroundings safely.

House Rules
- Security cameras at front & back for your safety (none face hot tub or deck)
- Guests must remove shoes indoors
- NO pets allowed
- No smoking of any kind
- Unregistered guests not allowed
- Max 7 guests unless approved in advance
- Don't take or remove any items from the property
- No parties or loud music – monitored via outdoor noise sensors
- Only flush toilet paper and human waste – septic system friendly

Use of the lake, hot tub, kayaks, and all other amenities is at guests' own risk. Minors must be supervised at all times. You’ll receive a waiver via email 48 hours before your stay — please sign it promptly. It’s a quick and simple step that helps ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Regardless of waiver status, by booking, guests acknowledge and accept full responsibility and liability for themselves and all other occupants. Thank you for your understanding!

Safety & Property Notes:
- The lake is not lifeguarded; swim and use amenities at your own risk.
- Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the lake, fire pit, and hot tub.
- The property is in a secluded, rural area — it may be very dark if arriving at night.
- In the winter, 4WD or AWD is recommended due to snow and rural roads.
- The driveway has a slight incline, use caution when entering or exiting
- Respect quiet hours and our neighbors

Rule Violation Fee: A $500 fee may apply for any violation of house rules, including smoking, parties, unauthorized guests, or damage. This ensures a safe and enjoyable stay for all.
