Please do research on the area prior to booking, as we do not provide a refund on the area. Please note, there is only street parking available.

Consumables: Guests are responsible for replenishing their own consumables (e.g., toiletries, food, beverages) after the initial supply provided.

ID Requirement: As per our policy, we kindly request the IDs of all individuals who are booking the accommodation.

Secure Smart-Lock Check-In: You will receive a secure smart lock code prior to your arrival, allowing for a smooth and convenient check-in process.
Parking: There is only street parking available.

Pet Policy: If you are bringing a pet, please be aware that there is a pet fee of $125 per pet. For a second pet, an additional charge of $125 applies. To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, we require a photo of your pet as well as their vet records.
