Nestled on 6 acres, guests have a retreat just minutes from downtown Traverse City, wineries, and Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore. Great outdoor space with fire pit & outdoor games! Family friendly. Ample free parking and now with convenient Level 2 EV charger onsite feature a NACS (Tesla) connection a =nd a NACS to J1772 adapter for most EV brands.
The Bard's Burrow features 2 Bedrooms, a large Bath with double vanity, spacious living/dining/kitchenette with 9' ceilings. The kitchenette has an induction cooktop and the microwave also functions as an air-fer & convection oven. Outdoor space includes a covered patio with ceiling fan, a dining table, gas grill with side burner, fire pit (wood provided) and access to outdoor games, swings, sledding hill.

While we are in residence, we offer you privacy yet welcome conversation if you choose.
Why they chose this property
Our rural 6 areas is quiet and you feel far from the hubbub of downtown. However, you are just minutes to wineries, Traverse City, Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore, many fabulous beaches & hiking areas, and Moomer's Ice Cream! If you are interested in details as to what there is to do, we will share our favorite activities/foods with you!
What makes this property unique
We love our mini-estate as we have planted well over 600 trees, large flower gardens, a large vegetable garden, black raspberry patch, blueberry patch, and small orchard. We love sharing the "fruits" of our labor! It's a wonderful place to enjoy wildlife, birds, ducks, sand-hill cranes, and deer. And...we're minutes to downtown Traverse City. We hope you and your friends/family will enjoy it as much as we do. We offer many outdoor games, a large swing, shaded patio, and cozy firepit area. Enjoy your stay!
