Spacious getaway in Little Italy with Parking

This apartment has 1 assigned parking space in the private lot adjacent to the apartment. This already popular Airbnb apartment with SEPARATE ENTRANCE underwent a major renovation. Aside from the new gourmet kitchen and luxurious bathroom, the apartment has lots of light and everything you need for a comfortable stay. We provide enough toilet paper, paper towels, coffee/creamer and laundry soap to last a week. Located steps away from the heart of Little Italy business district.

This apartment, with SEPARATE ENTRANCE was just renovated to be exclusively used as AirBNB, so you will not be living among other people's belongings. This is a large apartment with lots of light. All rooms have hardwood flooring except for the bathroom, which has tile flooring. High speed internet, Netflix, and YouTube TV

You will have access to the entire apartment, as well as a side porch and a patio for grilling.

Since there is a coded entry to get in, there is no need to meet me for keys, but we live nearby and are usually able to be there quickly if there is anything that you need.

This is one of Pittsburgh's truly walkable neighborhoods. Known as Little Italy, but by no means limited to Italian cuisine, it is home to some of Pittsburgh's most popular bars and restaurants, and a number of unique stores.

You will be a quick walk to numerous buslines that will take you to downtown, Oakland, Shadyside, East Liberty, or a number of other popular neighborhoods. You can also grab a bike from the bike share program, or walk to Lawrenceville, Shadyside, or the Strip District.

You will have access to a brand new laundry room that is right between the bathroom and kitchen.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside. Outdoor smoking is allowed—please dispose of butts responsibly. A $250+ cleaning fee will be charged if evidence is found.

Registered Guests Only
Only registered guests may stay overnight. No unapproved visitors may remain after hours or use guest amenities. Day visitors are limited to 2, with a total cap of 4 people on the property at any time.

Use at Your Own Risk
Guests accept all risks related to property use. Host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, or lost/stolen items.

Chore-Free Checkout
No cleaning is expected or required from guests, but excessive messes (e.g. abundant stains, excessive trash) will incur a $40/hr cleaning fee.

No Late Checkouts Without Approval
Late departures disrupt cleaning. Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged $75 per 30 minutes.

Flexible Rebooking Policy
If you cancel outside the refund window and we rebook your dates, we’ll refund any rebooked nights—because we don’t believe in double-dipping.

No Daily Housekeeping
The home is fully cleaned before your stay. Fresh linens, towels, and starter supplies are included. Mid-stay cleanings available for an extra fee.

No Pets Allowed
To protect guest sensitivities, pets are not permitted. A $300 deep cleaning fee applies if evidence is found.

Children Welcome – With Full Adult Responsibility
Children are warmly welcomed, but must be supervised at all times—indoors and out. Guests are fully responsible for any necessary baby-proofing, and must thoroughly inspect any provided items (e.g. high chairs, pack & plays, baby gates) before use. Host does not inspect or guarantee the safety of these items. By booking, Guest accepts full liability for the safety of all children on the premises.
