Large duplex apartment with 3 separated bedrooms and big living room combined with a kitchen.Flat has 2 bathrooms and offer 8 sleeps.Located at well known Ekaterininskaya str. near Ekaterina the Great and Duke de Richelieu monuments. Potemkin stairs is within 2 minutes walking distance. All bars/cafes/restaurants are nearby.Coffeeshop is on the first floor. Apartments has private entrance.
Apartment is unique due to it's location and large space (100 sq.meters).The apartment is very spacious, it has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Guests can use all 3 bedrooms,fully equipped kitchen and big living area. There is also cozy balcony in the first bedroom. Windows overlook the courtyard,street,Duke de Richelieu and Catherine the Great monuments.The courtyard is closed at the gate and security lock.

Great location!

We loved staying at this apartment. It is right in the city centre, close to excellent restaurants and sights to see. Daria is a delight to deal with. We would stay again.
