This Cottage has 2 cozy bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with a twin bed - and a twin bed in the living room with beautiful breath-taking lake views out the window.and a relaxing living room with an additional twin bed, this space is perfect for a small group looking for a soothing getaway. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a hair dryer, AC, and heating, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Parking for 3 + vehicles. Fishing Doc and beach swimming area. Lots of paved streets to walk or run. Bring the golf cart or mule to ride the roads. The views are beautiful.... Your stay at this charming Lake Cottage in Riverview Forest Lake Community will surely be a memorable one. There are several public parks and boat ramps near the property. EUFAULA, ALABAMA and Wal-Mart is 15 minutes away with many stores , restaurants and shopping. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. NO SMOKING INSIDE AND PUT CIGARETTE BUTTS IN BUTT CAN OUTSIDE BY THE TREE> Keep pets in cages and on leash. Turn Air Off,
Dirty towels in hamper or in tub. Remove used sheets and put on floor or hamper. Leave trash tied up inside. You can leave any unopened food for the next guest. Wash dishes or put in diswasher&start.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
