Additional trash bins are located outside the building behind the wooden gate
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet Hours Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.
No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
Parties or events are not permitted. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund.
