With five bedrooms and four full bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates large groups and families. Step outside to a scenic front yard that opens onto a peaceful golf course—ideal for morning and afternoon strolls with breathtaking mountain views. Just ten minutes away, Fairfield Lake offers a swimming beach, dock, rentals, and a picturesque walking trail. Guests also enjoy full access to the Sapphire Valley Resort, where year-round amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, gym, mini golf, arcade, bike rentals, and even skiing, snowboarding, and tubing in the winter. After a day of adventure, unwind at one of our favorite local restaurants like Mica’s, The Library, or Slopeside Tavern. Your unforgettable mountain getaway starts here!

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Empty refrigerator/freezer & clean counter tops
Please clean up after your dog inside and outside the house; sweep/vacuum excessive pet hair and pick up any dog waste from the yard
Turn thermostats to 76°F during warm season or 66°F during cold season
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The house has a locked storage area in the garage exclusively for the Owner’s use, and is not available space for Guests.
Any items in the garage (except trash bins) are not for guest use, video surveillance is inside the garage
