No parties or event are allowed ◼︎ No smoking inside unit, only outside ◼︎ Quiet Time: 10PM-8AM ◼︎ Lost key or extra key access will incur a $95 fee.
Unauthorized gathering will be charged $150 fee ◼︎ Smoking violations will be charged $250 fee ◼︎ Unauthorized late check-out will be charged $100 fee
Bookings of 14+ days will have discounted cleaning fees every 7 days, 50% of the regular rate. We will refresh the unit and replace the linens/towels.
