Comfy & Convenient 2 Bd 1 Bth Custom Patio heart of DFW/Arlington Entertain area

Your Arlington adventure begins at this lovely 2-bedroom Unit. The cozy space features 2 queen beds, WiFi, 1 Bathroom w/ Custom Patio, 8ft Privacy Fence, tv, ironing board, hair dryer, coffee and much more to make you feel comfortable during your stay. This is just a 10 minute walk to the Cowboys Stadium with all of the features in and around the Entertainment area in Arlington. Since this is near the Stadium, you're not able to park on the road but, don't worry because there's plenty of parking for 2-3 vehicles per side of Duplex. Parking will be marked as you come in the driveway for Unit B or Unit A. It's 20 minutes to Downtown Fort Worth or 25 minutes to the Downtown Dallas area. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our home

The neighborhood is a mix of new and older homes it continues to improve and is a very comfortable area; great neighbors and neighborhood; just far enough from the Cowboy's stadium to give you some peace and quiet; It sits in the heart of the Entertainment District of Arlington with GlobeLife Ballpark/ home of the Texas Rangers and sits next to the old but beautiful Ballpark; Six Flags of America, waterpark; tons of trendy restaurants mixed with older established restaurants with good food, live music and so much more. Also, it's just minutes away from the University of Texas at Arlington

What makes this property unique

This is a newly renovated property located in Arlington's Entertainment District, within a 10-15 minute walk from the Dallas Cowboys Stadium, Texas Rangers Ballpark; its near Six Flags Entertainment, a nice water park, UTA and lots of nice local restaurants; Two bedroom home with comfortable beds (2 Queen beds/ vey comfortable). It has a custom patio with pergola and an 8 foot privacy fence surrounding the house. It's an older home but well designed with higher end furniture and amenities; it's a perfect location to stay for any event held near the area and will be ideal for staying near the Indy races, the international soccer games and so much more!
