Within a short walk from restaurants, shopping centers, transportation, and banks. 5 minute walk to museums and major downtown sites. The Metropolitan Cathedral is 1 block away and the most important street in downtown Medellin, Avenida Oriental is also 1 block away.
This building is in a very quiet area despite its central location. Why stay far from everything when you can be in the Heart of the city for so much less. Why they chose this property
Everything you need is within walking distance. The prices are much lower in this area for food, shopping, and other things. If you need to go to other areas of town, there are taxis and the metro within walking distance. You get a huge apartment for a fraction of what they cost in other areas for an apartment of the same size. Keep in mind that you will not get this rate for the good location, size, and number of bedrooms and baths of this apartment. Other places might have sleeping capacity but the square footage is a third of what you're getting here and the location may not be as convenient.
