SUMMER SPECIALS! BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS! SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH!

#306 at Compass Point is a spacious l bedroom/ 1 bath unit (728 sq. ft.) with a large balcony. Both the living room and bedroom (2 queen beds) have a view of the lagoon and the outdoor pool. The kitchen is brand new with new cabinets and granite countertops. It is well equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and oven. Pots and pans are provided for cooking meals in, and there are plenty of cups, plates, and utensils for a family of four. The dining table seats 4 and the bar has two stools. The living room and bedroom both have flat screen T.V.'s with a DVD in the living room. The bathroom has a sink, a shower/tub combo, and toilet. Towels and linens are provided. There is a large outdoor pool which is located beside the lagoon. You can sunbathe or watch the kids in the pool while watching the boats or just watching the sea gulls dart in and out of the water. This is a very comfortable unit for a family of 2 to 4. Must be 25+ yrs. old to rent. Non-smoking only, please.( Note: The indoor pool is closed until renovations are completed. Construction is also taking place in and around the complex to make improvements. This can include Jackhammers, window and door replacement, and also painting of the complex.).

Great Condo with easy beach access

Very nice condo that has almost everything you need for your stay with easy access to the beach. Some close hangers in the bedroom closest would be a nice addition.

Perfect location

Nice older condos. Has everything you need and more. Very clean and cute. Location is perfect for everything. Fish right in lagoon from property, swim in the pool, hang out on the balcony or head across the street for the beach!

Lovely stay and condo

The property was very comfortable, clean, nicely decorated, and the beds were comfortable to sleep in. We enjoyed our stay very much, and the outdoor pool was nice to have. Angela the property owner was extremely helpful and offered entertainment and dining options.

Great vacation spot!

My family of four had a great week at this property! We enjoyed the beautiful views of the lagoon from the spacious porch and house, especially the sunsets. The beds were comfortable and the house was well equipped with all the essentials. Easy access to the nice pool and a short walk to the beach. Owner was also great to work with. Would definitely return for another trip!

This place was great to stay in regards to location. Beautiful views all around. The complex had a lot of amenities and fun things to do. The beach was a short distance but you would need a wagon to take all your belongings. The unit had a full kitchen and a washer/dryer.

Wonderful Time

We had a wonderful time during our stay at this property. Communication with the hostess was prompt, and the property was clean and well managed. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony because it overlooked the lagoon and made for a peaceful place to relax and enjoy meals. The walk to the beach was short, but we also took advantage of the nearby public parking a couple of times. We would stay at this location again.

Perfect location and property!!

The property had everything we could want or need. The view is amazing! It’s a very short walk to easy beach access. Cozy condo in a great location

The location was perfect for my husband and I. Walking distance to the beach, and a short distance from shops and restaurants. My husband fished from the pier every night. Condo was cozy for just the two of us, but would be fine for families with younger children, in my opinion. Condo was clean and well maintained.

We were very impressed with the complex and the condo itself. Perfect for a family of four with small kids. We enjoyed watching the birds on the lagoon, hermits off the dock and swimming in the pool. It's also an easy walk to the beach. We went everyday!! My husband had to work from the condo and few days and the wifi was great, fast, and easy to use. The trip exceeded my expectations! Thanks for such a beautiful place to stay and easy accomidations!!

Perfect Place for us and the Grands!

Took our grandsons (ages 7 and12) to Gulf Shores for Spring break. This place is PERFECT. Overlooks the pool, so we could sit on balcony and watch them in the pool. Also, they LOVED the sand beach on the bay for catching hermit crabs and slugs. Very short and easy walk (5 min?) to the beach. Room was comfortable, clean and well stocked. All other guests were quiet and friendly, very laid back vibe. We will be back.

Nice an cozy little getaway

Beautiful place, had everything we needed. Some of the other owners were nice when were out grilling .told us the history of the place. even about why the indoor pool was closed . Fyi storm damage. Sad . only negative about condo was took some time getting used to stove top

My husband and I are both native Alabamians. We have been married for 38 years and have 3 children, 3 son and daughter's in-laws, and four beautiful grandchildren. ( about to be 5 in August!) Our lives are centered around faith, family, and friends. The beach has always been a favorite vacation spot for us, and we are very excited to share our property in Gulf Shores with you.

Why they chose this property

Compass Point is located on West beach on the Lagoon side. It is very quiet and peaceful, and only a short walk to the beach. We looked at many different properties, but just kept coming back to Compass Point. The views are beautiful, and the grounds are very manicured with live oaks. Everyone is friendly, and we just have a sense of peace when we are there.

What makes this property unique

Compass Point is unique because you have so many options available. The beach is a short walk, the lagoon is great for fishing or boating (places to dock boats), quiet streets are good for walking or biking, and there is a pool for swimming. Our balcony overlooks the pool, and the sunsets are beautiful.
