This lovely second-floor studio is ideally situated right across the street from the beach! You'll love the trendy aesthetic, from the adorable nautical decor to the shabby chic furnishings. The stylish kitchenette features a modern backsplash and all the basics you need to whip up a quick bite, including a two-burner electric stovetop, stainless steel mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. The bar seating area has room for four to enjoy a snack or your freshly-brewed morning coffee.

After a fun day of surf and sand, you'll be grateful to return home and kick back with some cable on the flatscreen TV in the cool comfort of the partial air conditioning and ceiling fan. If you prefer to travel light, rest easy knowing you'll have access to a shared washer/dryer.

This room was perfect! Our host was amazing! They went above and beyond. The check in process was easy, our room was clean, and it had all the amenities. Our room was so comfortable and relaxing. The a/c works! We stayed cool when coming back from being out in the heat! This location is perfect. It’s right across from the beach and the hangout. It’s in walking distance of restaurants, shopping, mini golf, ice cream, and much more! I loved our stay here! We will be back!!

Great location but small

Location was perfect. Walk to beach and shopping. The room was tiny tho. It says sleeps 4. But max 3 normal size people. The futon folds out to maybe a little bigger than twin bed. For the price in the area it was good stay for the most part.

This was a great location for my wife and I. It was very close to the beach and some really good restaurants and shopping was within walking distance! 2nd time staying here and will hopefully get to stay again next year!!

Unclean room & poor communication with property management

The location of the room couldn’t be more perfect! We were able to walk everywhere and the beach was directly across the street from the beach. The downfall is the building and room were absolutely filthy and smelled awful. It was so bad that I had to go buy cleaning products, air fresheners, new pillows, bedding and towels. The hot water went out for two days and I couldn’t get the property maintenance on the phone to come out and fix it. I was on hold for an hour and no one contacted me back until the next afternoon after I had checked out and told me they didn’t have time and called a plumber to look at it. It was an extremely disappointing stay. One of the reasons we booked was because of the reviews and those were very misleading.

Located so close to the beach! Very conveniently located near other shops and eateries also, The Hangout being one (kind of loud until about 11pm). We enjoyed our stay at this location!

We loved this spot! It was super close to everything, right across the street from the beach and a ton of great local restaurants. You can walk right over to the beach + anywhere and everywhere! It’s the perfect size for a couple or two friends! Everything was super clean and nice. Super comfy bed! The modern kitchen and bathroom was really nice too! Overall, we loved our stay here!

if you look in somewheres to stay with walking distance to restaurants and shops, this is the place big bonus. The hangout is across the street. You can also rent slingshots bikes, motorcycles, and electric scooters the street behind you.

Great location, great price!

Condo was clean and nice, just like shown in the pictures. The covered parking area can be a tight fit but there is additional parking around the building. The location is great and you can walk to most everything you need (beach, restaurants, shopping, Hangout).

The room itself was nice and clean. The bed squeeked really bad every move you make. The building is really old and not well kept. Parking is really tight. If I needed a quick cheap stay I would stay again for a day or two but not for a week vacation.

Great Location to Everything

Everything was decorated beautifully. Upon entering the room, there was a musty odor. I highly suggest plug ins. My husband and I walked over to dollar general and purchased air fresheners to sit around and some spray. I left these to keep the room smelling good in between guest stays. I would highly recommend investing in a Keurig Coffee Pot. Those are more popular these days. Kitchen was stocked, but could’ve used a couple more cooking pots. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Looking forward to our next visit.

Dirty Room & Poor communication from Vacasa

The entire building was not clean. The hallway leading to the rooms was absolutely filthy and had a terrible smell. The floors looked like they had not been swept or mopped for years. The walls were even dusty. The actual room we stayed in was not clean in the slightest and also had a bad odor. It was so bad that we had to go to Walmart to buy cleaner to wipe everything down and clean it ourselves and purchased air fresheners to drown out the bad smell. Also, we had to buy new bedding and pillows because the ones provided did not look or smell clean. We did not have hot water the last two nights. The first night we assumed it could be a hot water heater for multiple rooms and it was around dinner time. The next day we still didn’t have hot water. I called the number provided on the app for maintenance and was on hold for over an hour and no one ever answered. There was also a number for someone named Nicole and called her multiple times and she never answered either. I got on the app and tried to get someone to respond on here too and there was nothing. I didn’t receive a response until after we checked out the next day. Overall it was a terrible experience and I wouldn’t ever recommend this place to anyone else.

Very central location. Really Small. Good for a short stay. No closet hangers. No dresser. No water pressure. Walls are thin. Steps can be treacherous. O.K. if you are staying a couple of days. Cheap price. How about Beach towels and chairs?

Good for the price!

Location is perfect. Staff was quite helpful over the phone. It is an older property that needs a little refresh in some areas. Bed was ok. No pool or hot tub, but the price was hundreds less than other nearby places. Value for the money was reasonable. Decent place to stay for 2. Four would be pretty tight. A bed and a futon, but not much room to open it up. Had plenty of kitchen/bathroom tools for a visitor. Overall, had a nice stay. It is in a busy area, so if you’re looking to avoid noise or crowds, this isn’t the place. We stayed because it is so close to everything, so it was to be expected. Thank you for your help and we would definitely stay again for a lower budget trip.
