Our comfortable studio condo provides you with 286 sq ft of relaxation. Beachview is located in Gulf Shores across the street from the main public beach. Beachview is conveniently located across from “The Hangout.” This condo comfortably accommodates 3 guests. It has a comfortable queen bed and a twin-size pullout from the loveseat. Our condo is perfect for a couple, a small family, or a small group of friends.
The condo is equipped with key-less entry and the code will be provided at the time of booking.
The parking pass is located inside the unit. Please place in a visible spot on the dash of your vehicle to avoid towing.
Free WiFi internet access is provided to our guests.
There is a coin laundry located on the second floor for your convenience. Vending machines are located on the ground floor.
No pets are allowed at Beachview Condominiums.
Beachview Condominiums are located within walking distance to many great restaurants such as The Hangout and other fun activities.
Check-in is at 4pm. Please do not check in before 4pm without approval. Check-out is at 11am. Please make sure to check out on time. Noncompliance with these rules may result in additional charges.

Super location. If the Hangout and the beach are your destination this place is perfect. Nothing fancy but has what you need to have a good beach vacation. You can park your car and walk to dozens of restaurants and shopping areas.
Very cute and comfortable place to stay! Close to the beach and plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops! We parked the first day we got there and walked everywhere! Would definitely stay again! Host answered promptly with a question I had.
Very close to the beach, plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Wish there was a broom in the room. Needed more towels for the length of stay. Overall wonderful stay.
Perfect little room for a trip with a friend! The beach is literally a two minute walk, and though small, the condo had everything we needed so it was perfect for us. I recommend!!
This was my first time staying in a condo and it was quite pleasant. It was clean and the floors surprisingly didn’t have sand leftover from previous guests. Management was great with communication. If I had to make any suggestions, it would be to maybe offer a pair of kitchen scissors. If there were any, I missed them. The condo was just a short walk to the beach which is exactly what I was looking for. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
the room was great overall, we had an amazing stay & it was walking distance to everything. the only complaint was communication, I tried to message the host asking about early check in & no reply for a week or even the day we checked in, I was very dissatisfied with the lack of communication. but our stay was overall great.
Perfect little place for a couple, short 3 minute walk to the beach, probably 8-10 different restaurants in walking distance. Dollar General pretty much next door. Parked in the lot and didn't have to drive anywhere. The room is small but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We will definitely be back
Check in process was super easy. The studio condo was clean and just as described. The Location of this place is phenomenal and the main reason we have stayed here three times. This place is nothing fancy but is worth the price we paid.
This is 4th time staying with yall has been a different room each time but i am very pleased usually my husband is with me but he wasnt and we felt very safe.

Labor Day getaway
We arrived Saturday before Labor Day around 4.30 pm .When we got up to the room we could not find a parking pass. We texted the owner and asked about the pass for my truck. Two hours later ( around 6 pm ) they responded that cleaning should have left one. ( they did not. ) they told me to find a security guard and talk to him. Never found one any where the whole trip . Texted them again I told them I didn’t want my truck towed because of not having a parking pass . They told me free parking to the public on the street. Saturday night at the hang out there is no parking available anywhere in that area. We parked under the condo when one become available . I wrote a hand written note about me not having the parking pass , my name , number , the condo number and the owners name and placed it on my dash. The next morning I had a card on my truck that said the wrecker give me a free pass and it was lucky day. I called the wrecker company to thank them for my free pass and he told me he read the note and decided not to tow it. He also told me he was suppose to tow it because trucks was not to be parked under condo. ( I did not ever read or here that rule any where ) . I was in a small Toyota Tacoma , SUV are ok ???? Same size. The next morning I got a text that the owner was bringing me a pass . Wasn’t bother about my truck almost being towed. As for room ( bed is old and terrible , inch deep dust on the fan , shower has raised rocks in the floor . ( hard to stand in it
