My sister and I came down for a weekend trip and we LOVED our stay here!! Perfect location, walkable to so many places. We felt safe and that the place was clean and comfortable. There was even a white noise machine and some beach supplies! BOOK THIS PLACE

Great find, especially for the location. It was right in the middle of all types of entertainment, restaurants, and a hop right to the beach. Speaking of beach, the host had a great selection of beach items, like umbrella, chair and even a cooler. I will definitely be staying there again, SOON!

The AC was extremely cold, which was a great perk since the outside temperature was 78. Perfect for comfort. Excellent location close to The Hangout and Gulf Island Grill, and the host was very responsive to questions. Would recommend.

I was born in New Orleans and I have Pretzelboys‘s place in Slidell Louisiana for fishing and I always wanted a place on the beach and this is the best place out here. Location, location, location. If you’re trying to have fun and stay inside all day, you’re doing something wrong.

Why they chose this property

I picked this place because it is in the center of everything. Park your car and walk everywhere. Dollar General is one block away so you can get essentials. Three minute walk to the beach. Every kind of restaurant you would want is within walking distance and a short drive to OWA waterpark if that’s your thing. With the cell phones today, you can look on there and find everything. And on your drive-in, you can stop at Buckee’s on I-10. Everyone I’ve spoken to here has been extremely nice. The city has a lot of rules posted to keep the riffraff out. I’ve never noticed them being hard on anyone though. So that makes it a nice place to have fun.

What makes this property unique

Location, location location. I just acquired the place last month.I tried to make my place as nice as I can. I will continue to try to upgrade to make it the best place in town. If you noticed my other listing, you can tell I take pride in my place. I have it because I want to be there. I rent it to try to pay the bills, but the place is mainly for me to have fun. So I want it to be nice for you and for me..
