You’ll love this newly remodeled private lower floor of our home. Huge rooms, 4 queen beds, large bathroom with huge bathtub and shower. This space has a small kitchenette, huge living room with fireplace, futon and 55 inch TV.
Extremely clean!

Stroll over about 5 blocks to the State of Oregon Capitol. Don't forget to visit Englewood Forest Park and its giant trees.

The Salem Waterfront is a true joy as well as the quaint shops downtown.

The property was very spacious, clean, and perfect for us. Jan and Cesar were very accommodating and responsive to all our questions. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

Big trees, mature foliage and friendly neighbors enjoying their families and pets bring me joy. I love that I can go walking in this neighborhood and feel safe and that I can go to the store quickly.
