Our stay here was absolutely perfect!! The host thought of everything we may need and so much more! We were greeted with a sweet letter and a lemon balm plant as a reminder of our stay. The personal touches were remarkable and we are planning our next visit already!!

Perfect comfy cozy getaway

Felt like we were really able to check out and rest in this space. Very clean, generous towels and blankets, well equipped kitchen, hot tub thoroughly serviced. Really couldn’t be happier. WiFi and cell reception is really limited, but that was part of the appeal for us.

Peaceful and Adorable!

This little Caboose packs a lot of charm. If you are tired of staying in run-of-the-mill hotels and want to get away from the noise. You will not go wrong with this gem. Wonderful for couples of all ages, with a well-appointed and well-thought-out design. Truly one of a kind. The family-owned property did an excellent job!

This was once in a lifetime experience however we will definitely be coming back. We had so much fun and enjoyed all the cities nearby. It was quite a surprise to find where the TV was hit and incredible waterfall showerhead. We really really enjoyed the caboose, the fire at night, hot tub, and the deer every morning, eating a corn left out that night before.

The Caboose provided a unique experience for us.

We enjoyed the amenities the most. The Bluetooth speakers on the deck and in the bathroom were a fun touch. They provided robes, a towel warmer, towels for the hot tub, and a few other things that made our stay feel that much more comfortable. We were welcomed with a Lemon Balm plant and a written note for us that made the stay feel personal to us. The host did a fantastic job! Thank you Courtney.

The caboose is a charming place to stay. It has been renovated for optimal comfort and functionality, with modern amenities but maintaining the vintage charm. It was clean, cozy and comfortable. We especially loved relaxing on the covered deck in the mornings and evenings. Close to Logan and all Hocking Hills has to offer!

The cabbose was amazing. My wife and I loved it. The hot tub was very nice and one of the best we have used at a rental. The only thing i can say negative was the internet sucked (they mentioned it in the listing)and therfor so did the TV ( like to the point it only worked a few times over the 2 nights). Also it was alot smaller than i expected, but besides that we loved it and it had alot of extras and carring touches.

Quiet, cozy and relaxing stay

Everything you could think about needing was available to include the firewood, the lighter, toiletries, flavored coffees and big plush robes! The hot tub was absolutely amazing and offered multiple jets.

Fabulous weekend couples getaway!!!

We had an amazing anniversary stay—unique, relaxing, and hosted by genuinely wonderful people.

My wife and I stayed here for our 16th anniversary and absolutely loved it. The caboose was a really cool and unique experience, and the area was beautiful and peaceful. The host was fantastic—very friendly and attentive. We had a small issue during our stay, but she responded quickly and took care of it right away. Overall, we had a great time and made some awesome memories. We’d definitely recommend it.

Very peaceful and relaxing stay. Exactly what my wife and I needed!

We loved the cozy yellow Caboose! We loved all of the little extra touches to make things special for my wife's birthday. It's really set up in a very classy way. They really put a lot of care into remodeling the caboose just enough to also keep the historic beauty and to add all of the modern comforts. Thanks James and everyone else:)

We loved our stay at the train

The train offers a unique wonderful romantic getaway for couples. There were natural wild flowers around the train and property which brings in more local wild life. We got to see three bunnies every evening and throughout the day humming birds would come feed from the plants off the deck. The whole setup and decorating was done very beautifully. The bed felt like you were sleeping on clouds. The shower is very spacious for couples with smart appliances where you could connect to bluetooth.
