FYIArrived 1/31 I’m familiar with area. The address is on 1st the entrance is around the corner in a known drug area loud music.beggars 24 hr zombie prostitutes. Ifelt safe once inside the walled steel security gated apartment complex have to buzz in/out. Upon my arrival wanted cancel reservation but I would’ve gotten no refund.The refrigerator was not operating 1/31/16 to 2/3/26 they replaced with a new one From 1/31/26. 2/2/26 I no cookgas The caretaker turned it on Monday.. I had hot water the first day 1/31 for next 13 days hot water was mediocre unreliable . Apartment has very limited pots pans no drinking glasses one small drawer minimal eating utensils and 1spatula one lg spoon for cookin had to purchase a sharp knife/can/bottle opener no chopping board I had to purchase a comforter for the bed it was raining wet windy too cold to use pool had to request additional towels/change of linen for the bed. There was no mattress protector No hangars in closet but lots of small draws. The Wi-Fi username/password not posted the caretaker had install Wi-Fi on my phone/ my media box. The Wi-Fi very spotty and nonexistent.Used my portable Wi-Fi there’s a leak on window wall in the bedroom.the futon is floor level TV old/small no bathroom rug for safety AC worked good. if they improve the Wi-Fi and address the other issues for the price you can’t go wrong If you just need a place to crash. I never ate out so much with a VRBO I prefer home cook meal they’re safer to eat. Thankyou
