Floating plank floor, new walls, new central A/C, extremely clean!!
2 Bed/1Bath apartment, full kitchen. Dishwasher, Stove, Fridge, Microwave.
1-King bed, 1- Queen bed, 1- Genuine leather recliner sofa.
Oceanfront Park beach less than a mile away (0.7 miles), don't pay ever for parking, just take a walk to the beach!!
Hurricane Impact windows and accordion shutters. Security surveillance system.
Washer/ Dryer in unit.
Biking friendly area. Kayak launching spot.
Do grilling or enjoyment of the sun. 2 Parking spots. Touristic quiet and safe area, close to fitness clubs, two water front restaurants, boat/jet ski rental, scuba diving/ fishing charters.
