Everything was great! The location was walking distance to the beach and the property was clean with a lovely backyard. The host was easy to communicate with as well.
The place was spotless when we arrived. The location was as the listing stated. Very close to two great restaurants. the beach was only about a mile away. It was a very safe area. The street art festival in Lake Worth Beach was amazing. The farmers market on Saturday morning in West Palm Beach is worth the trip.
The apt was very comfortable and well stocked.
Close walk to restaurants beaches and shopping. The host was available when ever needed. Highly recommended
Very clean and super easy communication from the very beginning! Highly recommend staying here !! Quiet and mellow area right next to the beach can’t beat it !

We needed a place to stay in Boynton Beach that was close to Sterling Village. This was perfect as it was right next to the Village where our family lives. We loved staying here as we had somewhere to unwind at the end of the day, a back patio to relax with a drink or just laze back on sofa and watch tv. Kitchen with all the basics needed. Washer and dryer for a quick load of laundry before heading home. Just a clean, well appointed home with no-frills that we did not need on this trip.We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to other family members who often come down.
Pros:Place was nice and clean. Was close to a mini plaza and two restaurants/bar/grills. Banana Boat and Two George’s. Great places. Walking distance. Beach, however, you had to drive to. Unless you’re an avid walker. Cons:Bed was hard. Very hard. If you’re into a firm mattress great. But if you’re into a soft one this isn’t the one. Hot water pressure for a bath wasn’t good at all. Shower didn’t have great water pressure either. Overall. It was what we needed. Close to family and the beach.

I appreciated the safe environment and convenient location for my school and other entertainment. Lots of choices of restaurants and activities if you have time for it. The house was spacious enough for me and my classmate.
I enjoyed the ripe mangoes in the backyard.
Juan and his wife were very responsible to make sure the environment will be maintained and clean.
The only things bothers me was the noise from the heater generator inside my room. I still rate 5 starts for this stay and I will come back.
Fantastic property manager tried, but place somewhat disappointing.
Location was great. Walking distance (15 mins) or 3 min car ride to beach, and under 10 minutes walk to multiple nice restaurants. Close to main thoroughfares, but quiet area. Property manager was extremely responsive. (For example we complained that the backyard grill was in terrible shape, and he bought a new one the next day.) Overall, though, the apartment was rough around the edges. Pots and pans in the kitchen were old with rust spots (he bought us a new pan), the dishwasher and stove were grimy and dirty (he came in and cleaned both), and the kitchen overall felt old. The place, especially the kitchen, needed a facelift. But the basics were fine- water pressure in the shower was great, king size bed was very comfy, AC worked very well.

We take cleanliness very seriously. We are a family owned business that welcomes all sorts of people regardless of their background or personality. The kitchen is as shown in the pictures posted.
We hand over the place impeccable to our guest but we appreciate when we are informed of something that needs our attention to be able to solve it immediately.
However, since 2017 we have not ever seen a guest leaving so much sand and dirt in unusual places. We found lots of sand on the dining table, on the glass table, the dehumidifier, chunks of sand on the couch. Maybe we should have offered a weekly cleaning services to assist you.

Very basic and affordable vacation rental in a great location.
Seashell A was a great find for my trip to Palm Beach County. I needed a place to stay in Palm Beach County so my brother and I could visit our mother while she was hospitalized in March. During high season it is hard to find an affordable rental near Boca Raton and Delray Beach, so I was delighted to locate this two bedroom gem not far from the beach in Boyton Beach. The duplex was clean and ready for my check in, and provided a basic set up for the week I needed to be in Florida. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the owner Juan is very helpful. While the decor and furnishings are minimal, we were comfortable enough and for the price felt that the Seashell was a fantastic value.
The location is great with access to several beautiful public beaches nearby, and even a park that provided launching access into the intracoastal waterway for our kayaks. As a frequent visitor to the area, I am delighted to have found this rental that is a little off the beaten path, affordable, comfortable and safe. I'm sure that I will contact Juan next time I need to travel to Palm Beach County.

This is a lovely, spacious apartment in a great location, tucked between Delray Beach and West Palm Beach. The property was absolutely spotless, a priority for me. I wish I could give it 10 stars for cleanliness, I am truly impressed. The kitchen was as well equipped as my own, which hasn't been the case in other rentals, with coffee, tea, salt and pepper and a few spices, plus blender, toaster, everything you need. The beds are both very comfortable and both bedrooms are spacious with a king in one and a queen in the other. There's a lovely, private back patio off one of the bedrooms with a shaded dining table and a sunny area as well, plus a gas grill and a charcoal grill and beautiful native vegetation. The leather sofa in the living area had a recliner option on each end & was very comfortable. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, we had plenty of hot water and there is a blow dryer for guests. A nice touch was two towel sets folded and on the end of the bed along with two bars of soap. There is a full size washer and dryer, and during my stay, there was laundry detergent. The best part of the rental is Juan and his lovely wife. I ended up needing to check in a night early and they were so incredibly helpful, even though another guest had just checked out that morning. I cannot say enough good things about this very nice couple. They showed me how to work the TV - so important these days when everyone has a different provider or system. There were many options, including live TV and Netflix. If you have an Amazon Prime account, Prime Video is available too. Juan even texted me during my stay to make sure everything was okay and we were able to use the TV and WiFi (wifi is great!). The neighborhood is very safe and walkable, it's about a 7-10 minute, very pleasant walk to the beach. Hurricane Alley is a nice casual restaurant a block away, and Cafe Frankie's offers authentic Italian - pizza is awesome. There's also a CVS on the corner in case you forgot anything. Just the other side of I-95 are shopping centers with Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, Starbucks, Steinmart, Petco, a Publix grocery store, and many others. As much as I love staying on the water when I visit my daughter, this is my new go-to place to stay. I'm actually hesitant to submit this review because if too many people realize what a gem this is, it might not be available when I visit next! You cannot go wrong with this rental. Best ever.

Might even be a bit nicer (and larger) than the pictures depict. The WiFi and AV all worked great. The backyard was a pleasant spot for Happy Hour. And the location was perfect for our needs.
My husband and I stayed in March with our two sons, ages 3 and 5. The property was clean and matched the description/photos. We really enjoyed the backyard. It had a nice shade covering a dining table as well as lounge chairs with an umbrella. I drank my coffee outside to the sounds of the birds chirping each morning while my sons chased little lizards around the backyard. While we drove everywhere, without young kids, you could easily walk to several restaurants, including two on the water.

Everything was perfect. The only cons were there was only 1 roll of toilet paper and a few Ants. Other than that the condo was clean. I loved the decorations. It even had a humidifier! Minutes from beach!
Well kept and well stocked kitchen. Only thing we missed was regular TV rather than streaming service.
