The property spans 2,200 m² within an exclusive 6,000 m² private compound that hosts only two properties, surrounded by avocado, soursop, and lucuma trees. The house consists of three levels and a basement: the rental area includes the first and second floors, as well as the basement, while the third floor houses separate apartments with their own private entrance—so your comfort and tranquility remain uninterrupted.
