Coral Cottage blends upscale comfort with bright, joyful décor. Natural light fills the open living area, flowing out to the private balcony, where you’ll enjoy excellent water views and partial views of the nearby resort-style pool. Although not waterfront, the home sits one house back from the river, offering impressive visuals and breezy outdoor space.

The primary bedroom features a plush king pillow-top bed with blackout curtains for restful sleep. The second bedroom includes a convenient trundle bed with two new, comfortable twin mattresses and window blinds for adjustable privacy.

The fully stocked kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances, cookware, dinnerware, and thoughtful touches such as coffee grounds, reusable pods, tea bags, creamers, and sugar.
A washer and dryer inside the home adds even more convenience during your stay.

The bathroom features a wall-mounted shower dispenser filled with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, along with a fresh bar of soap. The shower even has an additional rainfall shower head.

And for your beach days, the cottage includes a generous collection of beach gear to make coastal outings effortless.

Please note: The home is elevated on stilts and requires using 15 exterior stairs to enter.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please place all towels in the shower; return the key fob to the hanging key rack by the front door, turn off all appliances, turn off the propane gas for the grill

Host was pleasant and accommodating. House was pretty much as described. Second BR was smaller than expected. No closet. Great location. Next to swimming pool. River view. Ample cookware. Limited glassware. Comfortable beds. Plenty of towels and bedding.

I am an avid boater and love the St. Lucie and Indian Rivers. I love being a host because I am able to provide an excellent guest experience and continue to serve the community.

Why they chose this property

My wife and I enjoy the ocean breezes in the OceanView community of Jensen Beach that sits on the edge of the Indian River; the water is majestic and the views are breathtaking. We see pelicans, fish jumping, and even dolphins. We see boats passing by and the small sailboats from the nearby US Sailing Center. We chose this home because it is the closest to the community pool, and away from community traffic.

What makes this property unique

Our home is decorated in a sophisticated yet casual coastal style that invites our guests in as soon as they open the door. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would ever want and more. Our home offers panoramic views of the wide water and the resort style pool that is less than 50 steps away. We provide a grill, water noodles, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach bag, beach towels, coolers, a kayak, a surf board, boogie boards, and bicycles. We haven't forgotten your babies; we have a high chair and a portable crib. Our goal is to provide everything a guest might want.
