Perfect Getaway!

This property was perfect for our little getaway to Edisto. It was big enough for everyone to have space, you can see the water, and the walk to the beach is so easy. We were perfectly located between Beach Accesses 30 and 31. There were deer outside everynight, and it is easily accessible by car or bike. The downstairs screened in eating area and refrigerator were a great asset. There is never enough fridge room at most rentals. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

We cooked, played cards, golfed, walked to the was great. The only issue was that the listing claims it has soap and shampoo and other supplies. We only received two very small bars of soaps and no shampoo and only 1 garbage bag. We had to make an extra run to the store because we were counting on more. But other then that everything was perfect.

Great family weekend!

The house was beautiful, very well stocked, and we had plenty of space to spread out. The location was great with an easy, short walk to the beach and no high traffic roads to cross to get there. We loved the porch and screened area. I would definitely rent this house again.

The location was even better than we had hoped for. You are literally just steps from the beach access. This home is as close to the ocean as many oceanfront homes are. We have been coming to Edisto for years and this is our favorite house we have chosen. We plan to stay again in the future. The five bedrooms were very spacious. The kitchen, dining and living areas were very large and accommodated our family perfect.

While this house was not on the beach, it was an easy walk and we had a good view of the ocean. We felt like it was safe for our small grandchildren since they only had to cross a dirt road (Point Street) to get to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed the house, especially the living and kitchen areas.

Our family vacationed here in 2016, back again in 2017, and we have reserved this house for the same week in 2018. We really like the floor plan and the house has all the amenities one would expect in a luxury home. It is only a short walk from the ocean, and close enough to enjoy cool ocean breezes and ocean views from the deck and upper floor crow's nest sunroom. Although it is not on the beach front, there are no paved streets to cross to get to the beach, and the beach access is only the width of one house away. The house is located in a quiet area of the island away from most commercial activity, and is a quiet place to enjoy a relaxing Edisto Beach vacation.
