Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
In preparation, you just need to make sure the house is reasonably tidy, dishes done and the garbage has been taken out.
Please throw out any leftover cooked food. Other items in the fridge I usually give to the cleaning staff.
Ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked. Turn off all a/c units, lights and fans. Return the keys to the lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
