This is a great location and an authentic place to stay as part of a local neighborhood. We had water and other snacks provided and the neighborhood is quiet and walking distance to most central Oaxaca locations. It would be nice to have some extra pillows for the futon and the water pressure in the shower wasn't the best but we enjoyed our stay!

Oaxaca in March

The attention to details was spectacular with cereals, snakes, etc. TY. We didn't have any cash left at the end to leave a tip, so sorry

Perfect for a couple.

This neighborhood was easy to get to, and close to everything, including many nice restaurants and the Sanchez Pasqua market. Quiet at night except for a couple dogs occasionally barking—we soon got used to that. Easy communication with Moises via email. Maybe a bit pricey for what it is, but many groceries were provided and the housekeeper was awesome.

Perfectly Placed

This apartment is in a perfect spot. On a small , residential alleyway next to the Sanchez Pascua market, near everything one needs : food, laundry, bakery, cafe etc. We loved the location. The apartment itself is tiny but has maximized its use of space and is well stocked with kitchen essentials. Contact and check-in were easy and the apartment was thoroughly cleaned weekly. We did, however, have two concerns: 1) The kitchen shelves were too high for this short grandma, and 2) The photos didn’t show that there was no door between the living area and bedroom, affecting privacy if the living area couch was used as a bed. Nonetheless, we would highly recommend this property as a great and comfortable place to stay.

A property I would recommend to anyone visiting Oaxaca City

I cannot say enough good things about this property. It was clean, comfortable, and the location can't be beat. The house is within easy walking distance of Santo Domingo church/plaza, markets, shopping, and restaurants. There were a few times we needed the owner's assistance and he responded to our needs IMMEDIATELY. I cannot imagine finding a better place to stay when visiting Oaxaca City. Highly recommend!

Cozy, clean, great location

We stayed 4 nights in this charming apartment. It's small but has everything you need. It is obvious that great attention was paid to the decorating and small touches in the apartment. The location is excellent and it was an easy walk to all the major sites, restaurants and shopping in the city center. A small market is just at the end of the street/alley where you can get fresh produce and meat if you wanted. We also felt completely safe and had no problems with noise from the street, neighbors or in the immediate surroundings. The apartment was very clean and the housekeeper came in the middle of our stay. We assumed she would just empty trash and do a quick tidy up but she thoroughly cleaned the place top to bottom. The bathroom has not been updated so it's not as nice as the rest of the apartment but it was completely functional. And you have to keep in mind that this is Mexico and not the US so you don't necessarily have the comforts of home. We did not use the kitchen at all but it seemed to be adequate. My husband has been to Oaxaca several times and he thought this was an all around great place to stay. We recommend it and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

BEAUTIFUL RENTAL WITH VERY PROFESSIONAL MANAGER

You will not be disappointed if you rent this apartment. The location is excellent and everything has been well thought out with excellent amenities. Quiet street but in the middle of great restaurants and market. Comfortable bed. well equipped kitchen. Very clean, well decorated, photos accurate. Owner provides referrals for restaurants and markets, etc that are local, not touristy. He is very available; but you will not need him, because the property is so well set up. I would definitely stay here again.
