our family-friendly home in Edgemont Village—at the heart of North Vancouver, just minutes from Grouse Mountain, Capilano Suspension Bridge, and stunning hikes. This bright, spacious home offers 4 bedrooms and 5 beds (with the option for an extra bed in the ground-level family room). The upper floor features a cozy sitting area, fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and 3 bedrooms. The lower level includes a fourth bedroom, second bathroom, laundry, and a large rec room with TV—perfect for relaxing or adding another bed. Enjoy a lush backyard backing onto forest, a sunny patio with BBQ, and a 5-minute walk to shops, cafes, and bus routes to downtown or Deep Cove. Quiet neighborhood, free parking, and a long carport. We love sharing our space—thanks for considering a stay!

We had a great stay at Tracy’s in Edgemont. The house was perfect for the four of us and would have been for 5 or 6. The living room and back deck were terrific places for all of us (older parents and adult sons) to lounge and relax together after day trips into Vancouver and also up the Sound to hike and kayak. Tracy was very helpful in communication which made all our planning easy. We’d love to go back next year!
