The kitchen opens up to the kitchen nook with seating for four and a large window and sliding glass door which allows gorgeous views while enjoying your dinner. For eloquent dining, you can enjoy meals in the dining room which has seating for eight. Enjoy relaxing after dinner in the living room with plenty of seating for your guests. Beautiful Patio

Beautiful view from the back patio, and right across the street from the community pool! Highly recommend this location for golfers to have easy access to PGA West courses.

Great location!

We were in town for the BNP Paribas Tennis Open and this was a perfect place to stay. The home is large and bright with stunning views. Check-in was simple and pre-stay communication with property manager was great. Although listing says 2 bedrooms, there is a third bedroom with two twin beds. We would consider staying there again.

Great stay right on the golf course and short drive to Coachella. Checking and getting into the neighborhood and house was seamless, safe, and flexible. Property manager was responsive. House was larger than expected, clean, and comfortable.

Lots of minor repairs needed.

We have stayed at this great property many times and have always enjoyed it. One of the main things that we like is the fire pit on the patio at night. We realized right away it wasn't working and we were assured that it would be fixed. It never was. We asked that the filthy carpets be cleaned and even offered to pay - never got done. Slats in the master were falling off (and were in previous years) thus the early morning sun came in way too early. Screen out to back patio ripped and has been for years so we could never open the glass door on nice days. Overall, this is a great property that needs some attention.

Big Horn Sheep Sitings!

Property was in a great location on the course! Clean and spacious! Perfect view of the mountain side and walking distance to two pool areas. Got the wonderful opportunity to see the local Big Horn Sheep/Mountain Goats who just wander the neighborhood! So cool!

Great views and Location!

The unit is great! It is a very large unit which had plenty of space for everyone. The views were amazing. And the location is perfect, there are two pools very close by and a third just a few steps beyond those. Well worth a visit and we would definitely stay again!

Spacious Condo Dream Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good experience for first time, good views, good neighbors, villa was good for guests and entertaining. Needed carpet spots cleaned, patio doors were very dirty upon arrival which took away from the awesome views, which I cleaned prior to guests arriving, window in bar area lock needed attention, side bar window seal broken and wind blew in dirt and debris, shower door leaked water underneath out to main part of bath, walls in two guest bathrooms toilet area needed washed (which I did), as it looked like someone had been sick on the walls, broken blinds in master bedroom and larger guest room at patio doors which I noted to management and outside grill did not work. Management was awesome and responded to bug issue immediately and also fixed a shower head issue in guest bath. Overall it was awesome and would love to rent the villa again.

New Year's Eve

We had a great time staying at this house for New Year's Eve. The house was very comfortable for seven adults, with plenty of dining space and a big couch in the living room. The pool and hot tub are just across the street, and heated in the winter. We cooked all of our meals at the house, and the kitchen is well-stocked and has updated appliances. The location is convenient to grocery stores and restaurants, and we went for an awesome hike at the nearby La Quinta Cove trails. The property manager, Steve, was responsive to all of our questions (you can reach him by phone and text), and helped us with things like locating the golf cart keys or an extension cord even late at night.

Amazing Holiday Stay!

Stunning! We were actually surprised at how large the condo was. The pictures do not do it justice. It was very spacious and had a beautiful view of the golf course and mountains. The management was so accommodating with all our requests and made our stay worry-free and relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a golf cart and bikes available for our use during our stay. Everything was taken care of and we were able to enjoy the holiday with our family in a gorgeous setting. Couldn't ask for better! Thank you Steve and James!
