Lanai: Garden and Haleakalā view with bistro table and seating for two. Beach gear provided — chairs, umbrella, and cooler (no snorkel gear). Please rinse off sand before bringing items back inside.

Bedroom: King-size bed, split A/C, ceiling fan, Smart TV with cable, USB chargers on nightstands, and closet space.

Primary Bathroom: Custom walk-in shower, single sink vanity, and upgraded cabinetry.

Second Bathroom: Walk-in shower, single sink vanity, and custom cabinetry.

🚧 CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Surrounding buildings may have ongoing plumbing and roof improvement work. Activity occurs Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, but no resort amenities (pool, elevators, etc.) are affected.



MAUI ENVIRONMENT

🦎🐓PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location, you may encounter roosters or harmless geckos — they’re friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck. Please don’t harm them. The HOA performs regular pest control, but insects and lizards are part of island life. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. If you notice excess pest activity, we’ll coordinate with the HOA to help.

The unit was excellent, everything was as described. I'm giving this unit a 4 star rating because of the parking. For whatever reason the assigned parking spot is on the complete opposite side of the property from the unit which is a 4 minute walk from the unit. We will not rent this unit again for that very reason. It makes no sense that you're required to park so far away!
