Salt House comfortably sleeps 8, with four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, (4th bedroom -bunk beds in the main area of the private apartment) Outside, a private swimming pool is surrounded by spacious decks and screened-in porches—perfect for sunny lounging or shaded afternoon reads. A backyard beach path makes ocean dips just steps away. High-speed Starlink internet keeps you connected, and a backup whole house generator ensures peace of mind during your stay.

The open-plan layout seamlessly connects the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room, creating a welcoming space for gathering. The kitchen includes a center island with 3 stools, a 6 burner gas range with convection oven, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. A round dining table seats up to 10, and the living room features comfortable seating with a large TV. This floor also includes a bedroom with a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Corner window wall units open on both corners to enjoy afternoon breezes on fully screened front and side porches.

The primary suite offers a peaceful retreat above with a king-size bed, panoramic long water Atlantic views ,a private balcony, large double closet with suitcase storage. side office room with large desk . Primary bathroom is oversized with double vanities , a soaking tub , walk in shower and separate toilet room.

Lower-Level Private Suite:
Accessed via outdoor steps, this self-contained apartment is perfect for guests seeking extra privacy. It features a queen-size bed, twin bunk beds (ideal for kids), a kitchenette with a 24-inch electric stove, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, and toaster, and a private bathroom. Sliding doors open onto a 26×10 ft tiled deck, ideal for enjoying the breeze. This level also includes a washer and dryer, toilet and vanity and a double outdoor shower.
