Absolute 10-Star Experience!Our stay at this property was perfection from start to finish. Everything was brand new, pristine, and spotless. The décor is modern and beautiful, creating such a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The home had everything we could possibly need, making us feel right at home throughout our visit. The garage was an added bonus. Additionally, the location is only a 12-minute drive to the Medical Center.We couldn't have asked for a better host or stay. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-tier rental!

Location of house on map is not actual location. Its off by about 4 miles which in Houston is a real difference. Garage is SMALL. I drive a Porsche macan which is a small suv. I could not open hatch with the garage door closed. A large suv or truck would not fit for sure

I would not recommend this property, especially to anyone traveling to Houston for medical care or unfamiliar with the city. I booked this home because it was advertised as being near the Texas Medical Center, where my son was scheduled for surgery. In reality, it was much farther and less convenient than expected, requiring significantly more driving during an already stressful time. I also did not feel this was one of the better areas of Houston, and it was not close to supermarkets or pharmacies, making the listing feel even more misleading. The home is advertised for up to 8 guests but was not equipped for that number. There were not enough towels, dishes, utensils, cookware, or other basic essentials. For a 12-night stay, only two kitchen trash bags, one paper towel roll, limited toilet paper, no laundry detergent, no cleaning supplies, and a broken mop were provided. The listing created expectations the property simply did not meet.What disappointed me most was the complete lack of empathy. Before my son’s surgery, after explaining our situation and that the property was not suitable for his recovery, I requested a refund for the unused nights so we could relocate. Every request was denied, with no willingness to help or offer any reasonable solution.Overall, the property was under-equipped, the customer service completely lacked compassion, and the host was unwilling to work with a guest facing a genuine medical situation. I can not recommend the property

The property is in the middle of the hood with a lot of movement around it so that was a little alarming but the home itself was immaculate! I rented the home for a prom send off which sadly was canceled due to the storming weather. The photos we were able to take though within the home came out amazing! My only complaint for the stay was that I paid extra to host an send off event which was canceled due to the weather and was told that the funds were non refundable even though VRBO said that they shouldn’t have charged me outside of VRBO at all… Other than this situation it was a great stay and a beautiful home I would book again if it was just a quick turn around trip!
