Welcome to Settler's Crossing #48, a warm and welcoming 1-bedroom plus flex room mountain condo with convenient ski-in/ski-out access in Sun Peaks' East Village. Just steps from Nordic trails, the toboggan area, and nearby chairlifts, it's an ideal base for year-round adventures. Unwind in the private hot tub, relax by the gas fireplace, or enjoy the comfort of air conditioning after a day exploring the mountain.
