Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Checkout time is 11am. You can expect the housekeeper come around this time
In warm weather, leave the A/C thermostat at 70 degrees. In Winter, leave the heater at 68 degrees.
Tight garbage bags and leave it in the kitchen
Make sure oven and stove are off
Check all electrical outlets for electronic chargers.
Check all closets, drawers and washer/dryer to ensure you have not left anything here.
