Our updated 1920's home is just over 1 mile south of ND stadium and sleeps eleven comfortably. Your perfect home away from home for a game weekend! Private yard with custom built-in gas grill and screened rear porch. Finished basement and wood-burning fireplace. Plenty of off street parking and close to the pubs and restaurants of South Bend and Mishawaka.
We fell in love with our homes' historic charm and we hope you will too! Tons of light, original hardwood floors and trim, radiant heat and wood-burning fireplace. Finished basement with flat-screen TV. Family friendly.
