House was perfect for our team as we prepared for 2 festivals in Columbus. Master Bedroom was very spacious with an incredible Master Bathroom. Kitchen had plenty of counter space and cabinets. And plenty of areas around the home to get away and relax. Historic home with Modern charm is perfect.
This house is a gem! I loved seeing the preserved 1920s character alongside the modern renovations. It felt like staying in a piece of history but with all the conveniences of a brand-new home. The space was clean, stylish, and incredibly welcoming. Highly recommend if you appreciate unique architecture and a high-end feel.
One of the bedrooms had a leaky roof and property manager put a bucket on the floor because it was raining. The occupant of that room had to listen to a dripping rain water all night and had a poor experience. Other than that, the facility was great location for the Convention Center and the kitchen was nice, which as athletes, we needed. I suggest a partial refund for the leaky roof inconvenience.

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Let me start by saying, the property was in beautiful condition. There were a few concerns the first night of our stay of 10 guests. The details listed include 4 full baths and a half bath. In reality, there are 3 full baths and two half baths. This caused some inconvenience with the amount of guest we had staying. There were several TVs not working at all, due to remotes missing etc. The host did reply back the next morning and made corrections. The second night, due to rain in the forecast, there was a leaky ceiling. We reported this immediately. The host was unable to come out at that time but by morning, part of the ceiling fell. As we were checking out, pictures were sent the host. He apologized and offered a discount if we chose to stay again a second time. The home is nice. Unsure if we will choose to stay again but some of us, did not leave happy. Not because of the home but the overall experience.
