Your room offers a super comfy twin bed with loads of fluffy pillows, a small work-desk, AC, heat, free wifi, and a shared bathroom with shower. (There is also an extra full bath with tub/shower combo downstairs that you will have full access if you so please).

People love staying in a traditional bed and breakfast with some private and some shared spaces, meeting and interacting with our amazing Innkeepers, Heather and Christian.

The space:
Harvest House was built in 1882, and around 1984 became the first bed & breakfast of Eureka Springs! We are located in the Historic District of Eureka Springs, and about a 20 minute walk from the heart of downtown. You will have a private bedroom and shared bathroom within the B&B.

We offer a shared dining patio, with lounge area, surrounded by woodscape views.

Includes: snacks, French-press coffee, hot tea, shared refrigerator, microwave, books, board games, etc.

An outstanding hot breakfast is available by request. There is a small cost per plate which can be found on our menu (see photo). If you request breakfast, please be in the dining patio at 9am. You will have instructions on how to order on your bed when you arrive (orders must be put in the night before).

Guest access:
You will receive a lockbox code with instructions to self check in. There will be a key to your private room and one to the shared dining patio. The enclosed dining patio is located on the left side facing the house. You will have 24/7 access to the dining area.

During your stay:
We do not live on-site, but our innkeepers, Heather and Christian do. If you need anything at all, you can look for them or give us a call and we can be to you within a matter of minutes. We are committed to making sure you have a wonderful stay and will never be "bothered" by you reaching out. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you need anything at all! We are here to help!

The Peddler

Heather, the property manager, was fantastic! Great commincater, went above and beyond to ensure stay was perfect. The Peddler is a sweet room, perfect for one. The screen door and balcony were my favorite parts...I was able to turn off the air, open the door and enjoy the rain, bird songs, and cool morning/evening breezes.Breakfast was well worth 12.The shared bathroom was never an issue I will most certainly be staying here again!
