I drove 3 hours for a concert, booked my room in the beginning of August. When I arrived they told me they had no room for me. They apologized, but I could tell there were multiple people in the lobby that were upset about the same thing. They were telling us that the air conditioning was broken, but I am convinced they were overbooked. I missed my show (which I spent 300 dollars on) and had to drive back the full 3 hours home. I am still upset. Unfortunately they cannot refund my missed concert. Im a working mom, that sucks, I really needed this time for myself.
