About this property

2-bedrooms 2-baths with PICKLE BALL, TENNIS, BATTING CAGE, BASKETBALL, & POOL.

This 2 bedroom, 2 full bath guesthouse is located on the magnificent grounds of the owner's primary residence. Guests will have access to incredible amenities including multi-sport court with pickle ball, basketball, and batting cage plus a separate full sized tennis court and private above ground pool. Both bedrooms have queen beds and an additional twin bed can be made up in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and there is a washer/dryer. The living room has a leather home theatre sectional with 4 reclining seats and 75 inch HDTV with Amazon Fire Stick. We are centrally located just 15 minutes from beautiful beaches, the Brevard Zoo, and the USSSA Space Coast Complex, about 35 minutes from Cape Canaveral, and about 1 hour from the Orlando airport, DisneyWorld, & Universal Studios.

Do not be discouraged by a lack of reviews. We have just completed a full property renovation and have listed this rental for the first time under our new business Moon Landing Rentals LLC. However, we are very experienced VRBO owners, having had hundreds of 5 star reviews over 4 properties on the New Jersey shore before moving to Florida. We have previously been Premier VRBO Partners and even were invited to be members of the VRBO Community Action Committee to help steer VRBO policies to improve outcomes for owners and renters. We respond personally and quickly to renter issues and have a full-time property manager on site to assist with any immediate needs.

NOTE THAT YOU WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE MAIN HOUSE OR THE POOL AT THE MAIN HOUSE. ACCESS IS LIMITED TO THE GUESTHOUSE, GUESTHOUSE POOL AREA, AND SPORT/TENNIS COURT.

Since moving to Melbourne we have completely rebuilt our primary residence and now have come back to VRBO as Moon Landing Rentals to offer our guesthouse and multiple spectacular amenities to our renters.
