This fully remodeled house offers two levels with a total of 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and sleeping space for up to 12 guests—ideal for families or friends who want to spread out while staying close to downtown, the College of Southern Idaho, restaurants, and retail. When rented together, the main and lower levels connect through an interior door, giving you full access to the entire home and yards. Upstairs sleeps 5 with a king bedroom and workspace, a queen bedroom with oversized closet, and a living room with a fold-out twin bed. Downstairs sleeps 7 with a king bedroom and desk, a twin-over-full bunk bed (190 lb top / 325 lb bottom), a 2-man padded tent, and a TV room that doubles as a fifth bedroom with a full-size pull-out sofa and fold-out twin bed. There are two full bathrooms—one upstairs with a walk-in shower and one downstairs with a tub/shower combo. The main kitchen is fully stocked with double ovens, stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig with pods, and cooking essentials. The lower-level kitchenette includes a fridge, toaster oven, microwave, Keurig, and sink (no stove). Amenities include high-speed WiFi, two Smart TVs, washer/dryer, hair dryers, and complimentary toiletries. Up to three dogs are allowed with pet cleaning fees. The home has driveway and off-street parking and is located in a quiet neighborhood—please observe outdoor quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. Lower-level access requires descending 10 stairs.
