The location in Orlando was perfect. Hotel pool/slides were fantastic, especially if you have some downtime scheduled for your trip. The front desk was responsive to concerns each time we called.

Property was nice. Kitchen was stocked for cooking. House was clean, but there were little black bugs that we noticed significantly in the master bedroom and bathroom upstairs, we noticed them in a couple other places but not like in the master. We paid to heat the pool, do not feel that it was adequately heated. The spa was at best as warm as the pool, but we felt it was actually colder than the pool itself.
